Urban Island Property Management agrees to pay the referring agent’s brokerage a one-time fee of $555.00. This fee will be paid to the referring agent’s brokerage once the home is rented and under a current management agreement.

  • Must be a new Client , no referral fee is earned for previous clients
  • Applies to Single Family Residences with a market rent of $1,800 or higher, reduced fees for market rents under $1800
